The restaurant La Nuvola sul Mare offers a large dining room centred around an inviting central fireplace, excellent for large lunches, birthday parties and other special occasions. The dining experience, based on the authenticity and freshness of locally produced goods obtained as close to the restaurant as possible, offers typical dishes of the Ligurian and Piedmontese traditions.

Typical dishes amongst which we propose are wild boar stew, rabbit alla ligure, gelatine, tagliolini (thin, long pasta) made with chestnut flour , tagliolini with rabbit sauce, maltagliati (pasta cut arbitrarily) with pesto, polenta col “tucco”, bacalà, braised beef, gnocchi with cacao, bollito misto (mixed boiled meat) and much more. For the meatlovers - In the winter months we cook ribs, chops, steaks, sausage and chickens in our restaurant’s central fireplace, visible from every table. All of the restaurant’s dishes are made fresh and on the premises; from the fresh pasta to stuffings, to mouthwatering desserts like strudel, apple pie and puddings. During the summer every Friday we also offer up farinata.
